The Farum freestanding gas fireplace is part of the Faber collection of products manufactured in the Netherlands. Traditionally gas fireplaces were built in but now they are available as freestanding options. The Farum has a 4.2 kW heat output with a European A energy rating. Very impressive heat for its relative compact size. This freestanding gas fireplace comes standard with remote control giving you the convenience you want. The Farum and all Faber products uses a balanced flue system, this mean the fireplace does not use oxygen from inside the house for combustion. It draws in oxygen through a second layer around the flue pipe. The combusted gas exits through the inner layer of the flue pipe. Perfectly balanced, beautiful heat.
